Responsibilities:● Provide customer support in chat — offering quick and polite responses to client inquiries.● Handle messages via online platforms: communicate with clients through web chat, social media, and messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp).● Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and complaints.● Maintain internal records: register requests and update information in the CRM system.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 - 19:00
Assistant Media Specialist
Salary: from 35,000 UAH
Responsibilities:● Assist in managing the content plan for social media platforms.● Write post captions and texts, prepare graphics, videos, and other materials.● Respond to comments and messages, maintaining active engagement with followers.● Support and uphold the company’s online reputation.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 - 19:00
